Return Policy

Modapaya LLC Return Policy

At Modapaya LLC, we want you to love your rhinestone t-shirt as much as we do! Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to make it right. Below is our clear and straightforward return policy to guide you through the process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Due to the nature of our rhinestone apparel, items must be free of damage, stains, or alterations.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts.

  • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@modapaya.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a note with your order number and RAN inside the package.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address:

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and specify your desired replacement item in your email to contact@modapaya.com. If the new item is of lesser value, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@modapaya.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

International Returns

For international orders, please contact contact@modapaya.com for specific instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs or import duties.
