Modapaya LLC Shipping Policy

At Modapaya LLC, we’re committed to delivering your rhinestone t-shirt apparel with care and efficiency. Below is our shipping policy to ensure you have a clear understanding of our process, timelines, and options. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible!

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at contact@modapaya.com.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, $5.99 flat rate.
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, $12.99 flat rate.
    • Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
  • International Shipping:
    • Available to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is returned due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses.
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Please check the shipping options at checkout or contact contact@modapaya.com for availability in your region.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.
  • If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@modapaya.com.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Modapaya LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • We ship to the address provided at checkout. Address changes after an order is placed may not be possible, but please contact us immediately if you need to update your information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Domestic Orders: If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@modapaya.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • International Orders: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to us for assistance.
  • Modapaya LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or holidays).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@modapaya.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
